Here are the pictures I took of the apartment to use in an online posting to try to get someone to rent it. I am supposed to pay rent until the end of July, but if I can find someone to rent it, I will be able to stop paying rent when I leave the apartment at the end of June. Two people came to look at it yesterday (one of them one of my students!). Two more are coming today. Fingers crossed that someone wants it.

I’m going to move to Lille in the fall. I am putting my stuff in a friend’s garage for the summer so I don’t have to pay rent just for it to sit in the apartment. When I come back at the beginning of September, I’ll stay in said friend’s apartment while she is on vacation for the month, and I’ll look for an apartment in Lille.

Hi Jini! I’ll be in Minneapolis for a couple of weeks and then in Denver for the rest. I’m really looking forward to it.
